Joel Markland of BCA Environmental Consultants (BCA) and Steven Irvin of Acuity Environmental Solutions (AcuityES) are pleased to announce that we have completed a strategic merger, absorbing the AcuityES team into BCA. This transition ensures continuity for our clients and strengthens the services we’ve built over the years. While AcuityES’ operations will be fully integrated into BCA, the relationships, values, and commitment to quality that have defined the work of both firms will remain firmly in place. We are confident this step positions our team and clients for long‑term success. BCA’s leadership team will continue guiding the combined organization, ensuring stability and a seamless transition for our clients and partners.

This merger also marks an important milestone as Steven Irvin, Managing Member of AcuityES retires after a long and impactful career, though he’ll continue to serve clients with BCA on a part-time basis.
