Raymond D. Milejczak

Mr. Milejczak is a Principal Geologist with over 25 years of experience in conducting site investigations including several projects under the purview of voluntary remediation programs in Indiana and Illinois.  His experience includes the completion of subsurface assessments and remediation at industrial facilities including: chemical plants, plating facilities, dry cleaning operations, steel processing facilities, pigment facilities, a starch manufacturing facility, and agricultural chemical plants throughout the Midwest.  Mr. Milejczak’s experience is focused upon evaluating aging problem wastewater conveyance systems and other concealed source areas.  He has also completed numerous environmental liability analyses such as remediation estimates and compliance assessments in light of applicable regulations.  Mr. Milejczak performed one of the first Tier III risk-based cleanup assessments for submittal to the IDEM under the VRP.
